SwPBS is a district-wide strategy for achieving success and preventing problem behavior. Atlantic's Safety First/Ownership/Act Responsibly/Respect (S.O.A.R.) matrix describes behavior guidelines, campus safety rules and academic requirements. Students have received copies of the S.O.A.R. pamphlet outlining expectations and attended grade-level assemblies explaining the program in January. The S.O.A.R. matrix is based on rules and regulations explained in full in the school handbook.

To help prepare students for the SAT, the school district has arranged for free access to The Official SAT Online Course™ from the College Board. This one-year subscription gives students unlimited access to one of the most effective SAT practice tools. The online course is available anytime, anywhere from any computer with Internet access. See guidance counselors for course registration details.
