Eagle's Nest 2

The slide show below documents the Construction Academy's Eagle's Nest 2 project from footings to rooftop. Eagle's Nest 2 is the second home designed and built by the Atlantic High School Construction Academy. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,940 square-foot home was built on a lot donated by the city, and the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency provided the construction loan. The Construction Academy teamed with local architects, business groups, state and local construction organizations, volunteers, and government agencies to build the home.
