Three cases of measles have been identified in nearby counties in recent weeks. The Palm Beach County Health Department has issued a letter to parents regarding procedures that will be used should a measles case occur in Palm Beach County, including details on what actions the health department and the school district will take to minimize exposure among students who have not been immunized.
